We are currently recruiting for a Team Member as we add Pizza Hut to our business portfolio. This position will be based in Kirkcaldy.

Glenshire Group is a Scottish family-owned conglomerate based in Fife. Established in 2020, the Group consolidates various business interests across sectors including Retail, Hospitality, Property, Cleaning Hygiene, Online, and Frozen Drinks (Skwishee).
Reports To: Restaurant General Manager
Position Overview: Team Members are versatile, gaining experience in customer service, food preparation, and maintaining restaurant order.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and safety for customers and staff
- Follow safety, sanitation, and security standards
- Execute responsibilities at assigned stations effectively
- Know menu items and promotions
- Handle cash transactions safely and according to standards
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of tasks and responsibilities
- Lead and mentor peers
- Communicate with management to understand business needs
- Promote Yum!βs culture and values
- Deliver quality work and foster positive relationships
- Anticipate customer needs and resolve complaints professionally
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- GCSEs or equivalent in core subjects (grades A-D)
- Experience in food retail or service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn new skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 10 kg and move items over distances
- Stand for 8-12 hours
- Work in hot environments above 32Β°C
- Respond in loud settings
- Operate kitchen machinery and equipment
- Tolerance to exposure to products and sanitizing solutions
