The Role

At Greens Retail, we are "redefining convenience retailing." We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on Store Manager to lead our Subway concession within our Kirkcaldy store. This isn't a "behind-the-scenes" office role. We are looking for a leader who loves being on the front line—serving customers, making the perfect sub, and leading by example. You will have the autonomy to run the Subway department as if it were your own business, ensuring every customer walks away with an awesome experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Spending the majority of your time on the counter, serving customers and supporting your team during busy periods.
  • Ensuring every guest receives a friendly, professional service and the highest quality food.
  • Training and motivating your Sandwich Artists to maintain "Gold Standard" service and cleanliness.
  • Managing stock orders, rotas, and daily banking, while keeping a sharp eye on wastage and KPIs.
