Reports To: Restaurant General Manager

Location: Inverness

Salary: £13.50 per hour

Start Date: Immediate starts available

Contract: Full-time and part-time options available

Overview: As the Shift Manager, you are the day-to-day captain. You keep shifts running smoothly, customers happy, and team members engaged. You are responsible for leading the team, driving sales, and delivering operational excellence.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all products served to customers meet rigorous quality standards.
  • Overseeing effective preparation of all workstations for peak periods.
  • Identifying and resolving workstation bottlenecks to maintain efficiency.
  • Ensuring a clean, swift, and efficient operation, complying with all Health and Safety regulations.
