We’re launching a brand-new food-led convenience store at Morrison Street, built around fast, fresh and great-tasting food for now and food to go. With most of the store’s energy centred around food that’s ready to eat and ready to love, we’re looking for a Store Manager who is ready to lead a team with purpose, pace and pride. You’ll work side by side with your Chef, Cook and the wider team to build great daily habits, deliver a standout customer experience and drive store performance.
About Us

We continue to grow, build and innovate within existing stores, primarily under the ‘Greens’ fascia across the East Coast of Scotland, and are continually expanding into further sites. At Greens Retail, our motto is ‘redefining convenience retailing’ and we differentiate from others through a mission to deliver an awesome customer experience, the highest store standards and deep local engagement. We combine strong Head Office support with real autonomy for store teams, encouraging ownership and pride. With in-store bakeries, butcheries and many other concessions, we’re always pushing the boundaries of what convenience means. Greens Retail is part of the Glenshire Group, a Scottish, family-owned conglomerate based in Fife.

You’ll be the key connector between the store, kitchen and wider business including operations, marketing, trading and HR.
Your Typical Day Will Involve
- Leading from the front and setting the tone for the day, including service, hygiene and energy
- Creating a clear daily rhythm that reflects key meal times, shopper missions and store goals

- Understanding your local market and customer base, tailoring the offer and store routines accordingly
- Coaching and developing your team to take pride in every detail, whether it’s food, service or general standards
- Working in partnership with your Chef and Cook to match food prep and display to daily sales expectations
- Communicating with marketing, trading, operations and HR teams to ensure alignment on store priorities
- Fostering a positive, feedback-driven store culture built on ownership, collaboration and ambition
