The Multi‑Site Manager Role: As the Multi‑Site Manager, you will be the operational leader responsible for performance, standards, and team development across your Central Scotland territory (Stirling, Bathgate, Falkirk). You will provide hands‑on support to the Restaurant General Managers (RGMs), ensuring consistent execution of brand standards and driving sales growth in all locations. You will be required to work across all stores where needed, splitting your time strategically to maximise the effectiveness and profitability of the region.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial performance of multiple sites, growing regional sales, managing labour costs, and achieving key operational KPIs.
- Ensure all products served across all sites meet rigorous quality standards and that operational procedures are followed consistently (Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and compliance).
- Identify and resolve efficiency bottlenecks across the territory and implement best practices to ensure a clean, swift, and profitable operation.
- Monitor stock control, minimise waste, and ensure compliance with all internal and external audit requirements.
Leadership & Culture Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the Restaurant General Managers and Shift Managers across the region.
- Champion Yum!’s culture and Glenshire Group values, fostering a positive, engaging, and professional environment across all three locations.
- Support the RGMs in hiring and training high‑performing teams, and take ownership of succession planning within the region.
- Ensure consistent focus on exceeding customer satisfaction targets across all sites, resolving complex customer issues as they arise, and driving a customer‑first culture.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven management experience within a quick‑service restaurant or food service environment.
- Must hold a full, clean UK driving licence and have reliable transport for frequent travel between Stirling, Bathgate, and Falkirk.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, direct, motivate, and mentor management teams across multiple locations.
- Availability to work across various shift patterns (including weekends) and flexibility to travel regularly between sites.
- Sound financial understanding and accountability for driving sales and managing cost centres across a territory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
