About The Role
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Evening Receptionist to be the face of the Lomond Hills Hotel in the evenings. This is a crucial role where you will welcome guests, provide a seamless check-in experience, and serve as the primary point of contact until closing. You will also be a key support for our Health Club members, ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Checking guests in and out; Serving as the primary point of contact for all guest inquiries; Answering and directing phone calls; Responding to guest emails and online reviews; Providing a welcoming and helpful presence at the front desk.
- Health Club Support: Assisting gym and swimming pool members; Performing basic and general maintenance checks of the swimming pool area; Carrying out cleaning duties to ensure the Health Club facilities are tidy and presentable for the next day.
- General Duties: Handling basic administrative tasks as required.
