The Role
A Team Leader position at our Greens To Go stores supporting the management team by running your shifts effectively and motivating and driving yourself and colleagues to complete tasks. We're looking for exceptional colleagues that don't shy away from a challenge and will constantly go above and beyond to deliver one of the best convenience stores in the country. Your typical day will involve the following:
- Delivering excellent customer experience.
- Creating a positive working environment.
- Prioritising workload to ensure store standards are exceptional and motivating the team to ensure tasks are completed.
- Building strong links with the local community and participating in local initiatives.
- Ensuring a clean, swift, and efficient operation, complying with all Health & Safety regulations and operational procedures.
- Supporting the preparation of in-store bakery and hot food counters ensuring all products are prepared to high quality standards and available for peak trading times.
