The predicted salary is between 10 - 12 £ per hour.

Location: Dundee

Salary: £10.00 – £12.21 per hour (rate depends on age and experience in line with National Minimum Wage guidelines)

Night Shift Premium: An additional £1.00 per hour for all hours worked between 11:00 pm and 6:00 am.

Contract: Full-time & part-time positions available.

Availability: Candidates must be available to work five days out of seven within a 7:00 pm to 3:30 am window, with a fixed Saturday as a rest day.

The Role:

As this is a fresh project started just recently, you will be joining at a pivotal time. This unit is the central heart of our fresh food operation, responsible for supplying every Greens store across Scotland. As part of this vital night-shift team, you will ensure that customers across the country can enjoy fresh, high-quality food every single day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and assembling a high volume of fresh rolls, salads, sandwiches, and ready meals for nationwide distribution—with many more exciting product lines to be added as this project grows.
  • Ensuring all products are expertly packed, labelled, and ready for dispatch to our stores across Scotland.
  • Maintaining rigorous standards of consistency so that every Greens meal meets our high-quality benchmarks.
  • Managing large-scale ingredient rotation to guarantee freshness while minimising waste holding elite food safety standards within a high-output production environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong work ethic and the stamina to thrive in a high-volume production setting.
  • A positive, 'can-do' attitude with the ability to maintain speed and accuracy throughout the night.
  • A collaborative spirit—you’ll be a key link in the chain that keeps our stores stocked.
  • A firm commitment to the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Previous experience in a food production unit or high-volume catering environment is a bonus but not required.
