Ye Olde Hotel is a traditional pub with a rich history, serving the community
since 1969. Located in the charming village of Leuchars, we are a short drive
from the historic and picturesque town of St Andrews. Our hotel offers a
welcoming and friendly atmosphere, where we pride ourselves on providing
great service to both our regulars and visiting guests. We are more than just a
pub; we are a community hub where locals and tourists can relax, enjoy a drink,
and feel at home.
The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the beautiful Fife coastline and
countryside, with easy access to major transport links. We have a strong local
following and are also a popular stop for those visiting the renowned golf courses

About The Role
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Ye Olde
Hotel. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality and a
Positive Attitude. Key Responsibilities Include
- Preparing and serving a variety of drinks to our customers.
- Ensuring the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Providing a high standard of customer service to all patrons.
- Accurately handling cash transactions and processing payments.
- Adhering to all licensing regulations and company policies.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly personality.
- The ability to work weekends and nights.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but it is not essential. We are
happy to provide full training to the right candidate, as a willingness to learn is
what matters most to us!
