The Role
As a Bartender, you\βll be an essential part of our team, helping to create memorable experiences for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Serving Guests: Greeting guests warmly, taking drink orders, and serving a wide range of beverages.
- Beverage Preparation: Pouring drinks accurately and ensuring all beverages are presented to a high standard.
- Cash Handling: Processing payments, including cash and card transactions, and operating the till system.
- Stock Management: Assisting with restocking the bar, checking stock levels, and ensuring the bar is always well-supplied.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the bar area, glassware, and equipment clean and organized, adhering to all hygiene and safety standards.
- Customer Service: Engaging with customers, answering questions about our drink menu, and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
