• Hours: Full Time
• Salary: £13.50 per hour

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to provide excellent customer service
• Create a positive working environment
• Build strong community links and host local events
• Manage daily store operations, ensuring high standards
• Recruit, mentor, and train colleagues; plan shifts
• Drive store growth and meet KPIs
• Maintain health & safety and operational procedures

Working Hours and Benefits

Managers work a minimum of 40 hours across 5 days, including evenings and weekends, with flexible scheduling. Benefits include:
