Assistant Manager Role
The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the daily operations and management of the store. We are seeking individuals eager to develop into Store Managers within 3-6 months through enhanced training. The role involves leading and developing a team, creating a positive work environment, engaging with the community, managing store operations, recruiting and mentoring colleagues, and ensuring health & safety compliance.
Managers work a minimum of 40 hours across 5 days, including evenings and weekends, with flexible scheduling options based on store needs.
