Are YOU ready for an exciting challenge that puts the customer at the heart of what you do? We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for service delivery to our clients, always ensuring a high-quality service through leadership and development of your team of 5 Area Managers.
This role is ideal for a flexible, highly self-motivated Operations Manager who enjoys supporting and leading a team to ensure client satisfaction. This is a full-time permanent position, which involves a strong sense of commitment, leadership, and strategic thinking to ensure we remain at the forefront of service delivery.
The ideal candidate will be located within the home counties region, able to commute to our Bedford office.
