Responsibilities

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bedford with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Cleaning Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team of managers and cleaning staff, and ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness across various client sites. Responsibilities include scheduling, quality control, managing budgets, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and addressing client needs. The role requires regular communication with clients and team members, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
