Support Worker - Learning Disabilities Service
£11.75 up to £12.05 per hour, paid training
Full time, 37.5 hours a week
Location: Glenholme Healthcare, 13-15 Manor Cres, Byfleet, West Byfleet KT14 7EN
Applicants must hold a full UK driving license and be 21 years or older for insurance purposes.

Duties of a Support Worker:
- Companionship
- Personal Care & Support
- The teaching of independent living skills
- Management of medication
- Community-based activities such as swimming, social activities, or other leisure activities
Where you will be working: Manor Crescent is located on a quiet residential street close to shops, restaurants and transport links, including direct bus routes into Woking, Weybridge and Cobham. This ensures residents are able to create positive links with the local and wider community.
