Your responsibilities:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting with personal care and daily living tasks
- Teaching and encouraging independent living skills
- Administering and supporting with medication
- Supporting structured routines and positive behaviour support plans
- Facilitating community-based activities such as swimming, social events, and leisure activities
- Maintaining accurate records and following care plans
About Holdingham Specialist Glenholme:
Holdingham Specialist is part of Glenholme Healthcare and is a purpose-built specialist service completed in 2020. The home consists of three individual units and has been carefully designed to support young adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviours that challenge. The service offers:

- Dedicated activity rooms
- Calm structured environments that promote stability and development
- Private outdoor space for each individual
- A communal garden to encourage independence and wellbeing
- A fully equipped sensory room with visual, tactile, and auditory equipment to support emotional regulation and engagement
