Glenholme Specialist Healthcare is looking for an ambitious, experienced Registered Manager who is ready to take ownership, develop high-performing teams and help shape the future of two specialist services. It’s an opportunity to lead, develop and grow. You’ll take overall responsibility for our dual-registered Supported Living services in Enfield and North Finchley, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities and complex needs. Your leadership will directly influence the quality of support people receive, the development of your teams and the continued growth of the services. Proven experience managing services supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs A relevant care qualification such as QCF Level 4/5 or equivalent, RMN, DipSW or similar At least three years’ experience working with individuals with learning disabilities A strong understanding of CQC, safeguarding and care governance A genuine commitment to person-centred care Strong commercial awareness and an ability to identify opportunities for service development Experience managing regulatory requirements and maintaining consistently high standards Experience or training in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) would also be advantageous.
