About the Role:
- As a Care Team Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Registered Manager to deliver exceptional care and support.
- Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to provide person-centred, high-quality care and positive behaviour support.
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently across the service.
- Be a role model for best practice in support, safeguarding, and positive behaviour support.
- Support the development and implementation of care plans that promote independence, choice, and dignity.
- Take part in on-call responsibilities and support with rota management and staff supervisions.
About You:
- Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
- A genuine passion for supporting people to live their best lives.
