Working as a Bank Housekeeper Assistant means you will play a vital role in ensuring our home remains a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.

Role & Responsibilities
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the home
- Completing daily cleaning duties including bedrooms, communal areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and dining areas
- Supporting with laundry services, including washing, drying, ironing, and returning clothing appropriately
- Following infection control and COSHH guidelines at all times
- Ensuring cleaning schedules are completed and recorded accurately
- Working closely with the care team to support residents’ needs and preferences
- Monitoring and reporting any maintenance, health and safety, or environmental concerns
- Helping to maintain a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors
What We Are Looking For
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- A positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of hygiene, infection control, and health & safety standards (training can be provided)
- Flexibility to work shifts as required by the service
As this is a Bank position, you will provide cover for annual leave, sickness, and additional support, therefore shifts and working days will vary.
