Requirements:
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (minimum), ideally Level 3.
- Previous experience in a care environment, ideally in a supervisory role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and support to residents during the night.
- Supervise and support care staff during your shift.
