Salary: £24,000- 28,000 per annum (depending on experience and agreed working hours)

Permanent, 30 hours per week - flexibility available and full time considered.

Due to expansion, we are recruiting an experienced Operations Administrator to join the team. The successful candidate will handle project administration for live projects ensuring smooth operation and effective communication between site and office teams.

As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage daily site & office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Liaise between Site Managers and office staff.
  • Document Management: File site drawings and correspondence systematically.
  • Drawing Registers: Maintain up-to-date drawing registers.
  • Documentation: Ensure all Project Managers have the correct documentation.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the site management team as required.
  • Prepare Pre-Construction Paperwork (QM, CPP, RAMS, H&S Plan).
  • Manage project submittals and audit site management compliance.
  • Maintain accreditation compliance and update training records.
  • General Administrative Duties: Perform various other administrative tasks as needed.

Skills and experience required as an Operations Administrator:

  • Previous experience as an administrator, ideally within a construction or engineering environment.
  • Proficient in MS applications such as Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrates excellent attention to detail.
  • Deadline-Oriented: Comfortable working under tight deadlines.
