We provide person centred residential care for older adults, supporting individuals with daily living, health needs, and emotional wellbeing in a comfortable, homely setting. Our focus is on dignity, independence, and quality of life. The day team plays a key role in supporting residents to enjoy meaningful routines, social interaction, and engaging activities while maintaining comfort and wellbeing.

Your responsibilities as a Care Assistant:
- Supporting older adults to remain safe, comfortable, and well cared for during the day
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting with personal care
- Assisting with mobility around the home
- Overseeing medication and monitoring health needs
- Supporting with meals, drinks, and nutrition
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Encouraging engagement in activities and daily routines
