Location: Glenholme Healthcare, Thimbleby Court, Horncastle

Salary: £12.30 per hour

Hours: Full Time and Part Time, 33 hours per week

Shifts: Day shifts, including alternative weekends

We provide person centred residential care for older adults, supporting individuals with daily living, health needs, and emotional wellbeing in a comfortable, homely setting. The day team plays a key role in supporting residents to enjoy meaningful routines, social interaction, and engaging activities while maintaining comfort and wellbeing.

Your responsibilities as a Care Assistant:

  • Supporting older adults to remain safe, comfortable, and well cared for during the day
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Supporting with personal care
  • Assisting with mobility around the home
  • Overseeing medication and monitoring health needs
  • Supporting with meals, drinks, and nutrition
  • Helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
  • Encouraging engagement in activities and daily routines
