Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 per year (depending on experience) bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Office based with regular travel and site visits.
The Role: We’re looking for a Land Finder to join our team. This is an office-based role with regular travel, including weekly visits to our Lincolnshire office and site visits across the UK. You’ll be responsible for finding and securing land opportunities for healthcare related development. This is a varied, people-focused role where you’ll spend time researching, visiting sites, and meeting landowners and agents. It’s fast-paced and rewarding, with plenty of opportunity to grow and develop.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identifying land opportunities for development across the UK
- Researching locations, planning policies, and market demand
- Visiting sites to assess their potential
- Building relationships with landowners, agents, and developers
- Presenting opportunities to the leadership team
- Supporting the planning process alongside internal and external teams
What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for someone who is motivated, organised, and confident working with people. You’ll need:
- Strong communication skills
- Good organisation and time management
- The ability to work under pressure
- Confidence in a client-facing role
- A full UK driving licence
- Experience in land acquisition is helpful, but not essential. We’re also keen to hear from people with a strong sales background, particularly in construction, healthcare or similar industries.
