Salary: £12.75 up to £12.95 per hour + Paid Training

Hours: Full-time position available – applicants must be flexible to work across a rota including days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays where required.

Applicants must be comfortable working in an environment with a dog and cats.

Your Role as a Support Worker

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of residents while promoting independence and person-centred support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing reassurance, emotional support, and daily assistance to residents
  • Supporting with personal care where required
  • Administering medication in line with care plans
  • Responding promptly to residents’ needs and supporting positive outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing daily reports
  • Ensuring the environment is safe, clean, and welcoming
  • Encouraging independence, choice, and participation in daily activities
