We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Deputy Nurse Manager to join our team. As Deputy Nurse Manager, you will support the Registered Manager and work alongside the Clinical Lead in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed to the highest standards. Located in a quiet residential area in Blackpool, Glenholme Bispham Gardens provides care and support for mature adults and older people who are looking to enjoy a relaxing lifestyle and retirement. The home offers 52 beds and was expanded in 2021.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the people we support and their families, empowering them to make decisions about their lives while ensuring their personal needs are met.
- Support the Registered Manager & Clinical Lead in all aspects of running the home, including:
- Staff supervision
- Rotas
- Care planning
- Quality assurance
- Training
- Budget management
- Clinical oversight
- Medication management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Nurse
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role
- Valid NMC Pin
- Up-to-date knowledge of best practice in supporting older people and individuals living with dementia
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
