Your Role as a Care Assistant

Being a Care Assistant means putting others first and offering practical and emotional support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing companionship
  • Supporting with personal care and hygiene
  • Assisting with mobility and physical support needs
  • Overseeing medication and liaising with healthcare professionals
  • Helping with household tasks such as cleaning and tidying
  • Preparing and cooking meals

We provide a range of care services including dementia care, residential care, respite care, and end-of-life care.
