Care Assistant (Days) – Residential Care
Location: Holdingham Grange, Sleaford
Salary: £12.30 per hour + Paid Training + Excellent Employee Benefits
Hours: Full-Time, 36 hours per week

Your Role as a Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant, you will provide vital support to residents, helping them live with dignity, independence, and comfort.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with personal care and hygiene needs
- Supporting mobility within the home
- Helping with housework, cleaning, and tidying
- Preparing and cooking meals
- Administering or assisting with medication
