Support Worker – Waking Nights – Learning Disabilities Service (Female Only)
Location: Glenholme Healthcare, The Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1GQ
Salary: £12.25 up to £12.45 per hour + Paid Training
Hours: Contracted hours available – 15, 22.5, 30, or 37.5 hours per week

Please note: Due to the nature of the residents\’ care needs, this is a female-only role in accordance with the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1. Applicants must also be comfortable working in an environment with a dog.

Your Role as a Support Worker
Every day, you’ll make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities, promoting independence, choice, and dignity.

Key responsibilities include:

Companionship and emotional support

Personal care and assistance with daily routines

Supporting the development of independent living skills

Medication administration

Assisting with community-based activities such as swimming, social events, or leisure outings
