Salary: £12.25 – £12.45 per hour

- £12.35 per hour after completing our paid-for Care Certificate
- £12.45 per hour with a Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care

- Flexible working patterns – work 1 to 4 days per week, with alternate weekends off
- 28 days holiday, including your birthday off, with additional holidays based on length of service

Your Role as a Support Worker
You will play a key role in promoting independence, dignity, and a fulfilling life for individuals with learning disabilities. Duties will include:
- Providing personal care and emotional support
- Teaching and supporting independent living skills
- Supporting individuals with community-based activities such as social outings, leisure, and hobbies
- Companionship and relationship building
- Medication support and day-to-day health monitoring
