Senior Care Assistant – Days
Location: Glenholme Thimbleby Court, Horncastle
Salary: £13.25 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week

Your Role as a Senior Care Assistant
Role
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will provide outstanding care while leading and supporting a team of care staff. You will act as a role model, offering guidance, support and leadership while promoting independence, choice and inclusion for our residents. Your role will include:
- Delivering personal care and daily living support
- Medication administration
- Supporting and developing care plans
- Leading and supervising a team of care staff on shift
- Liaising with families and healthcare professionals
- Supporting with end-of-life and dementia care
- Creating a homely, friendly, and supportive environment for residents and staff
