Senior Care Assistant β Bank

Salary: Β£12.50 per hour + excellent benefits (subject to terms and conditions)

This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility in their working hours while still making a meaningful impact. You will lead care staff during night shifts, ensuring that residents receive high-quality, person-centred care in a respectful and safe setting.
Requirements:
NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (minimum)
Working towards or willing to undertake Level 3 qualification
Previous experience in a care environment, ideally in a supervisory role
A compassionate and professional approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care and support to residents during the night
Supervise and support care staff during your shift
Administer medication and maintain accurate records
Keep care plans up to date and aligned with residentsβ needs
Uphold the dignity, privacy, and preferences of all residents
Liaise effectively with families, colleagues, and external professionals
