Location: Glenholme, Finchley, London, N12 8RP

Shift: Waking Night Shift, 9:00 pm – 7:30 am (22 hours per week, part‑time)

Salary: £12.75–£12.95 per hour (paid training, potential salary increases upon completing qualifications)

Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and personal care to residents with learning disabilities.
  • Teach and support independent living skills.
  • Administer medication and manage care plans.
  • Participate in community‑based activities such as swimming, social events or other leisure activities.
Benefits and Perks
  • Salary increase to £12.85 after completed paid‑for‑care certificate.
  • Salary increase to £12.95 after completed paid‑for Level 2–3 NVQ qualification.
  • Compensation of up to £128.13 for completing e‑learning before starting.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Enhanced DBS required.
  • Previous experience as Support Worker, Care Assistant or Carer preferred, but transferable skills from retail, hospitality, warehouse, cleaning, customer service or admin backgrounds welcomed.
  • Patience, sense of humour, kind and compassionate nature.
