Location: Glenholme, Finchley, London, N12 8RP
Shift: Waking Night Shift, 9:00 pm – 7:30 am (22 hours per week, part‑time)
Salary: £12.75–£12.95 per hour (paid training, potential salary increases upon completing qualifications)
Responsibilities- Provide companionship and personal care to residents with learning disabilities.
- Teach and support independent living skills.
- Administer medication and manage care plans.
- Participate in community‑based activities such as swimming, social events or other leisure activities.
- Salary increase to £12.85 after completed paid‑for‑care certificate.
- Salary increase to £12.95 after completed paid‑for Level 2–3 NVQ qualification.
- Compensation of up to £128.13 for completing e‑learning before starting.
- HastePay – withdraw up to 40% of earned salary before payday.
- 28 holidays (including bank holidays) + additional birthday day + up to 5 extra days for length of service.
