Requirements
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (minimum)
- Previous experience in a care environment, ideally in a supervisory role
- A compassionate and professional approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and support to residents during the night
- Supervise and support care staff during your shift
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records
- Keep care plans up to date and aligned with residents' needs
- Uphold the dignity, privacy, and preferences of all residents
- Liaise effectively with families, colleagues, and external professionals
