Requirements

  • NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (minimum)
  • Previous experience in a care environment, ideally in a supervisory role
  • A compassionate and professional approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents during the night
  • Supervise and support care staff during your shift
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records
  • Keep care plans up to date and aligned with residents' needs
  • Uphold the dignity, privacy, and preferences of all residents
  • Liaise effectively with families, colleagues, and external professionals
