We are now looking for an experienced and caring Senior Care Assistant to join our team and help lead by example.

What You'll Need:
- NVQ or QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care, Level 3 preferred or willingness to complete
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for working with older adults
- Confidence supervising and supporting care staff
Responsibilities:
- Supporting and guiding care staff during shifts
- Ensuring residents' personal, physical, and emotional care needs are met
- Administering medication in line with care plans and training
- Developing, reviewing, and updating care plans
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Building trusting relationships with residents and their families
- Promoting inclusion, respect, and person-centred care
- Leading by example and contributing to a positive team culture
You will play an important role in supporting residents with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and delivering compassionate end-of-life care where required, while working closely with families to ensure they feel involved and part of the Glenholme family.
