Care Assistant – Residential Care
Location: Halmer Court, Spalding, Lincolnshire
Salary: £12.25 per hour + Paid Training + Amazing Employee Benefits
Hours: Full-Time, 36 hours a week

Your Role as a Care Assistant:
Being a Care Assistant means being a companion, a helping hand, and a source of comfort. You’ll play a vital role in supporting older people to live with dignity and independence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with personal care and hygiene
- Supporting mobility around the home
- Helping with housework such as cleaning and tidying
