Support Worker Days or Nights – Learning Disabilities & Mental Health Conditions

Location: Glenholme Cecilian Court, Stamford, PE9 1QP

Hourly Rate: £12.25 – £12.45 per hour (paid training included)

Contract Type: Full-Time, up to 37.5 hours per week

What You Will Do as a Support Worker:

As a Support Worker, your role is to help individuals live with dignity, independence and fulfilment. You will:

  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Support with personal care
  • Teach and promote independent living skills
  • Assist with the management of medication
  • Support service users in engaging with community-based activities such as swimming, social outings and leisure interests

With the right training and support, you will promote independence, choice, and inclusion — becoming more than just a support worker. You will be a companion, a guide and a trusted part of someone’s journey.
