Overview

Support Worker – Learning Disabilities & Complex Needs Service
Salary: £12.80 per hour
Location: Holdingham House, NG34 8YU
Hours: 15, 22.5, 30, or 37.5 hours per week available
Weekends: You must be able to work alternate weekends
Shifts: 7 AM – 3 PM and 2 PM – 10 PM

We’re seeking experienced Support Workers who can confidently provide care and support to adults with complex needs in a structured and positive environment. You’ll be part of a dedicated team delivering person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and inclusion.

Holdingham Specialist is a modern, purpose-built complex care service, completed in 2020. It supports young adults with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge. The service includes:

  • Three specialist units designed for complex care
  • Spacious communal living and activity areas
  • Private outdoor spaces for every service user
  • A sensory room with visual, tactile, and audio equipment
  • Beautiful communal gardens
