Night Care Assistant – Elderly Residential Care Service
Location: Glenholme Healthcare, Thimbleby Court, Horncastle
Salary: £12.30 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Shifts: Night shifts available (exact hours to be discussed during interview)

Your Responsibilities as a Night Care Assistant:
You will be supporting older adults to remain safe, comfortable, and well-cared-for during the night. Responsibilities will include:

Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
-
Supporting with personal care routines
-
Assisting with mobility needs during the night
-
Overseeing medication and providing medical support
-
Helping with light domestic duties such as cleaning or preparing drinks

Responding to residents’ needs throughout the night in a kind and attentive manner
