Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver exceptional care and support.
- Create and oversee tailored care plans in partnership with healthcare professionals.
- Ensure the service meets CQC standards and continuously drive quality improvements.
- Build strong, positive relationships with residents, families, and external partners.
- Provide hands-on support, including personal care, medication administration, and daily living tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous leadership experience in health or social care, ideally within learning disability services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide others.
- A compassionate, person-centred approach and a commitment to dignity and respect.
- Solid understanding of CQC standards and relevant legislation.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
