This is a part‑time, hybrid role for a Senior Property Manager based in the London area, with flexibility for remote working. The Senior Property Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day running of Prime and Super Prime residential properties, ensuring the highest standards of property maintenance, tenant relations and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising contractors
- Preparing and managing budgets
- Producing property reports
- Overseeing concierge services such as housekeeping
