WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: As part of our rapid growth, we are recruiting for a Workshop Welder/Machinist to join our Maidstone team, supporting the delivery of highâquality engineered products that keep our customers moving.
As a Workshop Welder/Machinist, you will play a key role in producing highâquality fabricated and machined components that support our customers and internal operations. This is a weldingâfirst position, where you will spend a proportion of your time carrying out MIG welding and fabrication of mild and stainlessâsteel components, while also supporting machining activities within the workshop.
You will also contribute to maintaining a safe, organised workshop environment and support continuous improvement across processes. Although machining training will be provided, applicants with prior machining exposure will be at an advantage and better suited to the requirements of the workshop which includes CNC and manual machinery, such as lathes, mills, and band saws.
