Role Purpose

The HSQE Advisor will provide day-to-day support on HSQE compliance, audits, and training across projects in the North region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits, inspections, and toolbox talks on project sites.
  • Support project managers with risk assessments and method statements.
  • Advise site teams on compliance and best practice.
  • Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate HSQE records and reporting.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in a HSQE advisory role.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum).
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation.
  • Good communication and influencing skills.

Desirable Experience / Skills

  • Experience in utilities or infrastructure.
  • ISO internal auditor training.
