Glenelly Infrastructure Solutions requires an Office Admin to join our team in Kilmarnock delivering a framework contract for Scottish Power Energy Networks. This Office administrator role is a permanent position requiring candidates who have experience of working in an office administration role. You will also undertake general office admin tasks and support management and colleagues as required.
The Office Administrator role responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Using Microsoft Office, updating and saving files.
- Data Entry and inputting and submitting the workforce timesheets as required.
- Maintaining the computer and hard based filing system, including updating the registers.
- Experience with a range of software including strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Previous experience of working as an office administrator.
