Glenelly Infrastructure Solutions have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Commercial Manager to join our Power & Civils Distribution business based in Scotland. Glenelly Infrastructure Solutions work with Scottish Power Energy Networks to deliver electrical infrastructure projects to maintain and modernise the energy network across Scotland. Our offices are in Kilmarnock and Livingston; this Commercial Manager role can be based in either, though travel between locations and other sites may be required.
Responsibilities
- Commercial Management: Develop and implement commercial strategies to ensure project profitability and risk mitigation.
- Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Monitor and manage budgets, cash flow, and financial forecasting for projects.
- Conduct regular financial performance reviews and provide reports to senior management.
- Contractual Compliance: Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and provide guidance on contract interpretation and disputes.
- Negotiate variations, extensions, and claims in line with project and company requirements.
- Manage all commercial documentation.
