Glenelly Infrastructure Solutions requires a Data Control Admin Assistant to join our team in Livingston delivering maintenance and cabling projects for Scottish Power Energy Networks.
This is a permanent position requiring candidates who have experience of working in an office administration role, with a focus on checking, updating and amending where required work forms from our cabling teams in the field.
We need someone with strong eye for detail, who can work through a check list of requirements to ensure the document is correct for submitting to the client. You will also digitise some of the documents as electronic records.
You will need strong communication skills as you will need to contact field team members, customers and colleagues to confirm information when it is necessary.
You will also undertake general office admin tasks and support management and colleagues as required.
Person Specification:

Experience with a range of software including strong Microsoft Office skills

Previous experience of working as an office administrator, admin assistant or in a quality control position. Experience in the utilities, power generation, civil engineering, construction industry preferential.
