United Infrastructure Power is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Proposals Manager to lead the preparation and submission of winning bids for major power infrastructure projects.

About the Role
As the Proposals Manager, you will oversee the complete tender and proposal process, coordinating cross-functional teams to develop competitive, compliant, and compelling submissions that support the company's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end proposal and tender process.
- Review tender documents and develop bid strategies.
- Coordinate engineering, commercial, estimating, procurement, legal, HSE, and project teams.
- Prepare, review, and submit high-quality technical and commercial proposals.
- Ensure all submissions are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
- Manage proposal schedules, documentation, and version control.
- Identify commercial and technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support client clarifications and post-submission activities.
- Drive continuous improvement of proposal processes and templates.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in proposal or bid management within the power, utilities, energy, infrastructure, or EPC sectors.
- Strong understanding of transmission, distribution, substations, or renewable energy projects.
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively across departments.
- APMP certification is an advantage.
