Glenelly Infrastructure Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our small and friendly team based in Hemel Hempstead. While experience is a bonus, we are looking for someone who has a hunger for learning and wishes to grow with us.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a training and competency matrix for employees and contractors
  • Record incident reports
  • Work hand in hand with your SHEQ Advisor
  • Update monthly safety bulletins
  • Create Safety Passports and manage & update them
  • Assist with company inductions
  • Perform general ad-hoc Health and Safety duties

Requirements

  • General experience, or an interest in HSE, or maintaining RAMS, or near-miss records would be desirable but not essential as full training and support will be provided.
  • Good communication skills and excellent time-management skills.

Work Schedule

Hours of work: 8 am-4 pm, Monday to Friday.
