Glenelly Infrastructure Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our small and friendly team based in Livingston and whilst experience is a bonus, we are also looking for someone who has a hunger for learning and wishes to grow with us as a business. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Contacting customers, scheduling surveys and booking appointments. Liaising with our client regarding these surveys & appointments. Opening, closing & recording permits. Data Entry, maintaining records such as Health & Safety related events General ad-hoc admin duties Experienced in using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel. Previous experience in the industry, a knowledge or interest in Health and Safety regulations or standards would be desirable but not essential as full training and support will be given.
