Glenelly Infrastructure Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our small and friendly team based in Hemel Hempstead. While experience is a bonus, we are looking for someone who has a hunger for learning and wishes to grow with us.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a training and competency matrix for employees and contractors
- Record incident reports
- Work hand in hand with your SHEQ Advisor
- Update monthly safety bulletins
- Create Safety Passports and manage & update them
- Assist with company inductions
- Perform general ad-hoc Health and Safety duties
Requirements
- General experience, or an interest in HSE, or maintaining RAMS, or near-miss records would be desirable but not essential as full training and support will be provided.
- Good communication skills and excellent time-management skills.
Work Schedule
Hours of work: 8 am-4 pm, Monday to Friday.
