As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the supported living service, ensuring high-quality support is delivered at all times. You will lead by example, supporting individuals directly while also providing guidance and leadership to the staff team., Supporting individuals in achieving their goals and maintaining independence
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating a team of support workers
- Managing the day-to-day running of the service on a 24-hour basis
- Completing four-weekly payroll
- Conducting staff supervisions, probation reviews, and annual appraisals
- Ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance are maintained

- Previous leadership or senior support experience is desirable.
Essential Requirements
- Full-time availability
- Full UK manual driving licence
- No endorsements or penalty points
- Ability to drive a mobility vehicle
